What details help you diagnose a problem?

Tell us what stopped working, when you first noticed it, and whether it happens with a particular appliance or activity. Please leave electrical equipment closed.

Can you work from an inspection report?

Yes. Mention the report when requesting service; we’ll arrange to review the relevant electrical items.

Is the request form monitored for emergencies?

The form is for service requests during business hours, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. It is not an emergency dispatch service.
